First, I'm not a doctor. I'm a maternity photographer. You will not find any medical advice or do's and don'ts in this article.
This post is merely to share the hilarious & strange cravings that have haunted pregnant women everywhere.
My first craving with baby #1 was when I spotted the plastic bottle of dish soap. It's pink contents looked so inviting. I quickly called husband into the kitchen and begged him to hide the soap. I knew that if he didn't, I would have tasted it. The craving was so real and intense! With baby #2 I was driving down the road and BAM! It hit me. I needed bread sticks from Little Caesars. I had to eat them NOW!
To write this blog, I reached out to hundreds of women who gladly shared their inner most desires. Below is a hilarious list of items craved by at least one momma.

So, how did your cravings compare to my list? Leave a comment with your strange cravings.
Yes, this is me in all my pregnancy glory! Whoosh, this pregnancy was NOT an easy one but I'm super glad I documented it and remember that it wasn't all terrible. The first set of photos were right before mother's day. I kept driving past this spot on the side of the road near my home. Driving past it, you wouldn't expect it to be an awesome photo location. This is just proof that beauty is everywhere! The second set of images is from Cross E Ranch in Salt Lake City. They have a sunflower festival July-August every year. It was a blistering hot day but totally worth it for these baby bump shots!
